hari raya just past...but whata a hari raya....our office closed down for about a week and only today i came back to work...with tremendous jobs to finish and with tired body....why tired....???? yeah..i just came back from my husbands home town..we're having a big wedding feast and when i say big...it is really HUGE....everything turn out well i guess....ok enough about that...i have done several research on SmartDraw and teachers out there if you guys wanna challenge urself in smartdraw...don't hesitate... please enrol urself for a smartdraw exam...may be who knows u could be one of the best smrtdraw user....try on k....

also for all the trainers out there who have taught smartdraw before...go for exam at least it will carry something gooooood for u...k...

eid adha....just over...today 2nd day we celebrated but the celebration here in Paka is not so much...only some occasion of Qurban.....and for the past 3 days...it has been a teribble weather...windy, heavy rain, and my god..the sea...big tides are surrounding the wide sea....scary...but today...ok ..the weather is clear....as clear as all the trainers and facis mind...hhahahh progress payment is already out....we bank it in on Thursday...3 days be4 eid adha...so apa lagi enjoy la....

next payment will be out soon ... when do not ask me.....ciao

sigh....:(...;) i feel good and at the same time i feel bad and sucks like no other people felt like this before...i feel like throwing up on someone's face .... feel like smacking and whacking someone to the total max and.....feel like crying....feel like LOST.......

why??? why??? why??? only me ...who knows the answer...the REAL answer.... sometimes i wonder...especially today why people like to be unfair....???? where as...everybody serve to share what ever that they have gain...hello people work for you??? why are you giving face to only one side but not the other....to tell the truth...the one that you ignore...work for you the hardest compared to the one u gave face....dah lah give face.....the work that they have done....from scale 1 to 10...5 pun tak lepas yet complaints abt accommodations and transport...wah lebih2 plak....what is this???? the one u ignored...stay up late...move from one place to the other....carry you gooodiessssssss......please for heaven sakeeeee.......give some considerations........this people have stomach to fill and they are celebrating raya tooo.......oooooooo i feeeeeeellllll like ........!@#$%$^%*&(*()0....only god knowssssss........

did u realize that november is almost over and december is just round the corner....so fast the time flies....feel like just yesterday....great things happen...especially ppsmi....lots of fun and sad things happen....anyway....to all pilgrimers....may u all got the best haj this year....and to all moslems....hari raya haji is coming soon....8th of december...so selamat hari raya haji to all....tak buat korban ke??? me...this year.....nay.... tak buat because my mother and father in law is having a big feast on the 4th raya...my brother in law is getting married....so....tak ada korban.....korban benda lain laaaa....never mind...next year insyaallah....hopefully can do for my mom and dad too.....

well....to all teachers.... have a good rest this year and start fresh net year k....hopefully teachers can make use of what have been taught this year for next year PnP.....k....

we have good news for all teachers....since all teachers just finished the ppsmi course, we thought of having a forum...an online forum for teachers to throw their ideas, and comments about the course attended. we are in the midst of preparing the online forum and insyaallah...it will be up soon...so teachers out there...all are welcome to give your opinions, ideas, suggestions, and comments. PLUS we have something interesting inside the web too...so TUNGGUUUUUUU......it'll be fun though

i am really hoping everyone could have a little bot of patience in themselves....as much as u all want ur money...other people too...let me tell u this...this afternoon, i contacted my friend who is a trainer for other states and she starts training during fasting month AND BEST PART....SHE DID NOT GET HER PAY YET TILL TODAY! isn't that terrible or what should i call that....u guys....should be thankful for at least u get some pocket money...(those who work extrrrrrraaaa hard) and those who did not get ( u know urself) please refer to your contract.....everything has been said inside the contract...that is why READ the contract BE4 signing it.....this is one lesson to learn...never sign anything without reading and confirming details...ASK while CAN...and DO NOT ASK when everything is already been said and DONE.....i am praying hard too for u all and hopefully GOD hears me....SABAR

end of project..but there is still soundssss

well....just clearing up the air of ppsmi project. i know it's already end, but i can still hear soundsssss hissing behind my back...no one told me...nothing just instincts because i have been in their shoes before. hopig for money to fall from the sky....is something i would rather not do. i know everyone that involves in this project have tremendous obligations..including myself BUT what can i do...the money is not with ME!!!.....if it is with me why would i want to hold up all the payments....i an only pray for you all

how about .... ok take it like this, take the awesome experiences you have gained...that you will never find elsewhere, your hardwork, your energy, your thoughts, and meeting of new people, out from your circle of friends....WHO CAN GIVE U THAT? U tell me...

this is work life...guys...this situation always happen...if u view your contracts...u will find the answer...and that is why u have to read the contract..it is not for you to simply sign and keep it under ur pillow k....that reminds me..Relauddin and Norizan...ur contract is with me...En Izman forgot to give u to sign...anyway...i will keep it and let;s just say it is done k...

oh yes relauddin...we only pay transport from hotel to school k...not the entire journey... pls..check first before u say anything to your frenzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz....k have a good nite

to prolong the knowledge of smartdraw and leraning essentials, we are in the midst of preparing thisworkshop to help teachers do their P&P using smartdraw and learning essentials. this workshop is open to all teachers - sk and smk, not forgetting those teachers who have attended the ppsmi training. i guess the training does not give teachers ample time to think carefully of how they could produce an interactive P&P for students. in this workshop also, e are going to learn how to use Producer in Learning Essentials, for teachers or students to produce P&P and post it on the web. this workshops is interesting enough to make people awake and drop their jaw and when they leave the class.....they will say...i did not know we could do this ans that using this softwares...hehhe ;)

so cehck out the dates on the blog and why not register urself for ur own benefit...i will update from time to time ....stay tune....

ppsmi....dengar cerita akan disambung tahun hadapan....camner yek...suka tak suka cikgu2 semua kena suka lah kot. bercakap pasal suka tak suka ni...banyak benda yang berlaku masa training ppsmi baru2 ni.....satu insiden...berlaku pada 30 oktober 2008. ketika itu, sesi ke 3 ppsmi bagi ng terengganu. mmg sesi ketiga agak tegang sebab waktu itu berlangsung di setiap daerah di negeri terengganu. al kisah, pagi itu, saya dan projek manager (PM) telah berada di kuala terengganu. seawal jam 7 kami telah ke marang utk meninjau sesi di sana....baru nak melangkah masuk ke kelas, telefon PM berdering...ahhhh mesti ada sikit masalah...selesai bercakap, PM inform saya khalis, trainer di sek smk sg tong, setiu telefon. katanya masih tiada peserta yang hadir. dalam fikiran saya .. mungkin masih awal lagi kot...so bagi masa sikit. Pm dan saya masuk ke kelas...8 pagi...(sepatutnya pendaftaran pukul 730 pagi), sekali lagi handphone menjerit...adoiii parah ni...betul tekaan saya ... masih tidak ada peserta. Jadi, kami terpaksa meninggalkan sk marang (thanx cikgu jasleen for your help). sebelum itu PM telah membuat beberapa panggilan ke smk sg tong, jpnt, dan ppd setiu. mak aiii....masa tu lah internet connection down...cari broadband tak jumpa, cari schedule yg dah di print pun tak jumpa...so apa lagi...korek2 boradband jumpa...internet connected terus msuk blog. nasib baik dapat tapi jenuh lah kena berleter dulu sebelum benda yg dicari tu di depan mata. adoi panas telinga...PM kata lain kali mesti simpan satu copy walaupun saya tahu awak dah upload dalam blog..takkan saya nak kena lawat blog aje ...hehhehhe sya sengih aje..nak kata apa lagi

so, apabila PM call khalid sekali lagi, khalid kata seorang pun tak timbul dan mengikut sumber dari pengetua salah sebuah sekolah yang terlibat, class sepatutnya berlangsung bulan november...aikkkkk macam mana ini?????

terfikir pulak...memanglah bulan november sebab sesi ke 3 jadualnya 30/10, 2/11, & 3/11. satu hari oktober je yg kena pinjam...heheh

so pm call ppd setiu sekali lagi. Ya allah...rupanya surat pun tak dihantar lagi SEBAB ppd tengok tarikh 2/11 dan terlupa nak tengok 30/10....wahhhhh cam ner gitu yek.:) so surat pun tak diedarkan ... tapi ppd janji class 2-3/11 pasti jadi...khalid kena atur strategi 3 hari class jadikan 2 hari aje.....panic sekejap khalid...apa pun class go on seperti biasa...settle satu masalah....

so apa anda belajar dari sini.......seperti kata NAbil "lu pikirla sendiri" assalammualaikum

wah2 .... UPSR results is already out and well..... there are pro and cons to it BUT according to the Minister Of Education ... YAB Hishammuddin... he says that despite of the PPSMI not only maths and science have a great impact...english subject too have increase in terms of grade passing...Isn;t that wonderful or PAINFUL????? well teachers you have the answers...my stands i believe in this "if that is what u want, there will always be a way to achieve it" It's all on you..you decide which is best for yourself. Up till this year PPSMi has reach it's sixth year..so i believe that teachers and students can follow the rhythm of how to teach and learn in english. well it;s just my opinion...comments are welcome...accept the change and go with the flow...give it a try..may be by trying, u may like it, and after a while u may fall in love with it..and after someeeeeeeeeeeeee time if it is gone ...u will miss it...SO accept the fact and challenge? TEPUK DADA TANYA SELERA......

yeah...ppsmi just one day apart from the team...but we still feel the heat. heat of payment, heat of reporting, and heat of ...... may be every single thing that we could think of. but one things for sure NOW...everyone is waiting for their payment. i know your situation....and mine too....everyone wants money after hard work done...kan
who doesn't want u tell me...BUT what can i do...the money is not with me....ada yg nak duit sebelum 18/11..ada yang nak SEKARANGGGGGG....ARGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!......kalau aku anak org kaya ....mmg sekalang jugak aku kasi ..tapi mak bapak aku pesara.....apa yg boleh aku buat...bisnes aku.....faham2 ajelah....SOOOOO TUNGGUUUUUUu.....big bos i must pay one...u don't worry kay....let's just pray hard.....

berakhir jua episod training ppsmi...yang tak tahu kedudukan samada tahun depan akan dipanjangkan episodnya lagi atau tidak. apa2 pun semua nya telah selesai. seramai 22000 orang guru telah menyertai kursus ini dan diharapkan agar kursus ini sedikit sebanyak dapat dipraktikkan di sekolah cikgu2 sekalian.
